It seems like starting in October the weekends are jam packed and we're always trying to squeeze in one trip to the pumpkin patch. So this year I actually put it in our calendar! We headed to Bates Nut Farm and arrived right when they opened (along with all of the rest of San Diego). Per usual it was blazing hot!
We did the tractor ride (and I retweaked my back trying to get Chase on that hay bale), let the kids do the bouncy house, picked out several pumpkins then left an hour or so later. It was incredibly crowded and my back was killing. A short but sweet trip!
