Happy Labor Day!

Ahhhh, 3 day weekends! Hapy Labor Day!

We started the weekend by letting our nanny go on Friday. It's a long story, but basically she was just not a good fit with our family. We made the bold move to fire her without a replacement (which is so not like me), but it had to be done. So this week will be very interesting balancing watching Ethan, looking for a new nanny and trying to work. Ugg!

Saturday we left bright and early for a walk down to 7-11 for donuts and coffee, a walk to a nearby park, and a very sweaty return walk back up the hill to our house! We also got to see Kelsey (our old amazing nanny)!! She flew into town from Davis for the long weekend and we all went to lunch together. She is doing fantastic and we're so happy for her, but miss her a lot!

...and taking baths...including pooping IN the tub a few times!
...having crazy hair in the bath...
...and snuggling before bed watching a little Baby Einstein (necessary to drink our bottle) while sucking our thumb afterwards. Mama's favorite time! Precious.

Today we went over to Mara's for a BBQ. Eth had a nice time with the babies...especially his girlfriend Kiera. We make sure to take a lot of pictures of the two of them so we can play them in their slideshow at their wedding one day! :)
