8 new dining room chairs
Table=Pier 1 (Torrance), Chairs=Cost Plus World Market (Tao)
2 new shelves thanks to Michelle's Ikea shelf recommendation. The decorating is still a work in progress (pictures etc.)
Office furniture (courtesy of Kristin's company) will be arriving within the next 2-3 weeks...then we're done for a while!!!!!

How big of a place do you have? Condo or detached home?
Out here in DC, we are thinking a Condo on the Hill, but it is soooo ridiculously expensive. About $450 per square foot. We'll be homeowners by Sept 1, though.

Our place is 1450 square feet. It is townhouse with shared walls. Also has an attached 2-car garage. It cost us about $320 per square foot. We hope to be in this place for 2-3 years and then purchase a bigger place for future kids.
